We want to make your Texas Hill Country dining experience unforgettable. Our team of chefs put as much focus on the restaurant as we do to the rest of the property. We strive to provide as close to 100% farm-to-table ingredients from local purveyors as possible and select products that are produced and raised in a healthy, ethical manner. Our Head Chef designs the á la carte menu based on available seasonal ingredients. Fresh, local ingredients and vegetables grown in our own garden enable us to deliver incredible quality right from the Hill Country.

Meiomi (May-OH-mee) a layered blend of Pinot Noir from the California Coast. Bright berry fruit forward, hints of vanilla and spice with a slightly acidic finish.
Tempranillo, Becker Vineyards, Stonewall, Texas 2016 – 13/50
This Tempranillo is a balanced offering of fruit and tannin and has plenty of lift in the body to carry the flavors of dried cherries, herbs, and spice. Giving way to notes of black pepper, coffee, and toasted oak just around the edge. What unfolds from there is intriguing and sublime note of red fruit and herbs on the finish.
Joel Gott Blend No. 815, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 – 16/60
The 2018 815 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of bright red fruit, black cherry and raspberry with notes of vanilla and white pepper. The wine opens with dark, concentrated fruit flavors, followed by balanced tannins on the mid-palate, and notes of cedar on the long, textured finish.
