How do I schedule time for spa services?
Spa appointments can be booked any day of the week for guests of the Inn, availability will vary. Our appointment-only service policy ensures that you receive the time and attention you desire. Please make appointments by calling us as soon as you know when you might like your services. There is a 60 minute minimum on all appointments for hotel guests and day guests. You will want to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to fill out your intake form and relax for your treatment. Late arrivals should not expect an extension of scheduled services.
Can I book a spa treatment if I’m not a lodging guest?
Day guests may book appointments for the Spa Monday through Sunday, depending on availability. Day guests are welcome to enjoy our pool and hiking trails with the purchase of a Day Guest Pass, available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
I need to cancel my appointment. Will I be charged?
All appointments are held with a credit card or by a room reservation. There is a mandatory 24 hour cancellation policy. 100% of the service charge will be applied if there is not adequate cancellation notification or the guest is a no-show for the scheduled appointment. Every appointment made on the day of service will not have a cancellation option.
Are there any health safeguards I should be aware of?
We ask that you advise us of any medical conditions or allergies you may have. For example, heat treatments like body wraps, should be limited to one per day. This treatment, and possibly others, may need to be avoided if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or any type of heart condition or diabetes.
What about tipping?
Gratuities are not included and are at your sole discretion. If you enjoy your treatment, please tip your therapist accordingly.
Can I have my massage in my room instead of the spa?
We offer massage services in our beautiful Garden Spa, which is located at the Main Inn and is a short distance from any room on property. If you have special needs, call in advance to setup arrangements.
