Enjoy Texas lodging at its finest when you stay at the Sage Hill Inn & Spa. We strive to make your accommodations in the Texas Hill Country second to none. When you leave, we want the experience you had at Sage Hill to hold a special place in your heart that will bring you back to us again and again. We ask our guests to abide by the rules listed below during your stay.

Rates, Taxes, and Gratuities
Three-course dinner, with a set seasonal menu, served each night between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. Continental breakfast served each morning between 8:30 and 10:00 am. Bouquet of fresh flowers from our garden waiting for you in your room. Soft drinks, bottled water, and all the homemade cookies you can eat. Library of DVDs, CDs, books, and board games for your pleasure.Wireless internet access in each room and throughout the inn.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 – 8:00 pm with Dinner seating from 6:00-7:00. Please let us know if you will be late so we can make arrangements for your dinner to be delivered to your room. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please feel free to ask us about accommodating an earlier arrival or a later departure.
One night’s deposit is required for your reservation. We accept Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover. The balance is due upon arrival. Your deposit cannot be refunded to apply a gift certificate in it’s stead. For larger bookings the deposit policy will vary, please call our front desk for a direct consultation.
For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival your deposit is refundable minus a $15 processing fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is no longer eligible for a cash refund but will be converted into a gift certificate for later use. Any cancellations made 72 hours prior are not eligible for a refund and the guest will be charged the full balance of the room.
Gift certificates purchased through the Sage Hill Inn & Spa are redeemable one year from date of issue. Please call us at 512-268-1617 to purchase gift certificate. Third-party gift certificates cannot be redeemed for group reservations (over two-person occupancy), and cannot be redeemed in combination with any promotions, offers or special deals. A maximum of 3 third-party gift certificates can be redeemed at check-in.
There is a $109 per night charge for each additional guest over the base two-person occupancy. To preserve the resort-like peace and quiet, we ask that you do not have guests of your own, not staying at the inn, on the grounds during your stay.
We welcome children 16 and older. The only exception to this policy is if you have reserved the entire Inn for a wedding or family reunion, in which case children of all ages are welcome.
There is no smoking allowed indoors. We ask that our smoking guests avoid disturbing others and dispose of their cigarettes in the trays provided outdoors.
Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated. The only exception being service animals that assist with a disability and only if proper paper work is provided to the inn.
The Restaurant at Sage Hill serves wine and beer. Wine and beer service is available whenever the restaurant is open. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine as well; a nominal corkage fee applies. Open containers and glasses of alcohol are not allowed to be brought into the restaurant. There is no liquor permitted in the dining room at any time but can be enjoyed elsewhere on the property.
Spa appointments can be booked any day of the week for guests of the Inn, availability will vary. Day guests appointments for the Spa only are available Sunday through Friday depending on availability. Day guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and hiking trails between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm with an appointment. All appointments are subject to a 24 hour cancellation window wherein the guest is liable for the full amount of the spa service.
